"I made this last night and my friends loved it - i added some garlic in with the lemon zest and it tasted really good. And i served it with garlic bread just incase we didnt smell of garlic enough!"

"I made this for my friends last night for our weekly dinner party monday and everyone loved it. It was really tasty. I added mushrooms, onions and peppers with it and cut the chicken in to strips rather than cooking the chicken breasts whole. I served it with vegetable rice but think it would work really well with pasta. "
