"I made this today for Sunday dinner. I did a couple things different from the method. I fried the mushroom and spring onion alone and let them cool. I made the white sauce on it`s own as well. I tore the roast chicken chunks and put them into a large mixing bowl then tipped everything else in after it. mixed it all up, seasoned well with salt and pepper and the tarragon. I was experimenting by making my own puff pastry and the finished product tasted amazing!!!!! Definitely will make again."
