"Lovely recipe! I used half Bramley apples and half eating apples. Didn't have apricot jam so I used a raspberry and redcurrant jam but only used half the amount. The whole family loved it. Thanks!"

"Excellent! My first attempt at Roast Chicken and it was certainly a success. I stuffed the chicken with half a lemon and some rosemary. Next time I'll put some garlic in as well. Having read the reviews about uncooked potatoes, I parboiled them for five minutes and then added them to the chicken along with some chopped carrots. Delicious!"

"This is an astounding chocolate cake!! It was extremely simple and yet produces an incredible result. We don't like icing in my family so we just had it on its own. I followed the advice of one reviewer and used 100g Lindt milk chocolate and 100g Lindt 70% dark chocolate. Perfect!"

"This is an excellent recipe but I wish I'd read all the comments before baking it because I agree that it's not lemony enough. I also found the lemon curd difficult to "swirl over the top" and will warm it up a bit next time. A lovely texture and definitely one for our Favourites folder."
