"Excellent fresh flavors! I used frozen grated coconut which is readily available in Asian stores. It's far better than using desiccated coconut. I agree with the previous reviewer that this recipe would work brilliantly with cabbage!"

"Excellent recipe with heaps of flavour! I used too much ginger and this overpowered the rest of the ingredients so next time I'll cut it back. The marinade took minutes to prepare the night before and all I had to do this evening was make some mash and quickly cook the steaks. Perfect for a mid-week meal!"

"My daughter spent hours making this cake today and although it looked fantastic, I would agree with those who say that it's too rich for children. We scraped off the icing and ate the cake on its own. Looks fab though!"

"Delicious! My 11 yr old made them yesterday morning. We didn't have cooking apples so used two Cox apples instead. The apples were slightly tart and worked perfectly."
