"I have made this twice now, both unsuccessful ! the first time I had a problem mixing the chocolate into the cream and there were hard little bits of chocolate in the final tart. I made it again today and used the electric mixer to avoid the same problem, but after 5 hours in the fridge the tart had not set - I give up ! "

"Really easy and very tasty. I used pancetta instead of bacon and grilled it until it was really crispy - a bit lighter than bacon. It went down well with my guests anyway !"
