"A fantastic chocolate cake - I made it for a cake sale and it sold out in 2 minutes! I used olive oil rather than sunflower, which made the cake itself a little more savoury - but this was more than compensated by the butter icing. I also included chocolate buttons in the centre of the cake and on the top. With lots more chocolate buttons, this would make a great recipie for a chocolate hedgehog cake for a kids birthday "
