"Sloshed some red wine in this for richness and extra flavour, and removed the casserole lid 30 mins before the end of the cooking time to reduce and thicken the sauce. Lovely! Went down a treat with my other half."

"Made these as a treat for my work colleagues. Put them out at 10:30 - they were all gone an hour later, and I had people asking me for the recipe! Would definitely make again. I used extra light mayo as it was all I had in, and it worked perfectly well. Also used milk with a squeeze of lemon juice rather than buttermilk. "
