"These were a great accompaniment to Seared steaks with Chimichurri salsa. Really fresh tasting and full of flavour! I boiled the potatoes for just 2 mins and once coated in the spices, left them aside until my guests arrived. Popped them in the oven to crisp up while got everything else prepped. This was a great way to reduce the amount of oil used and ensure crispy potatoes with fluffy insides. Left in the oven right up until ready to serve. Got to enjoy time with my guests more this way instead of standing at the stove and sweating! Will def make again."

Tart tatin with brandy cream

"Have just made this as I wanted something 'different' for dessert. So far it looks fantastic - I didn't think the Golden Caster sugar on it's own was enough for the caramel so added 2-3 teaspoons of Light Muscovado sugar while caramelising the apples, it really did the trick! it left a really French tasting butter caramel you need for this dish. Also left out the cinnamon as it's completely unnecessary for this type of French-style tart. Ready-roll pastry a good short cut I would never had tried before but it saved so much time. A very easy dish to prep and make."

Really easy lemonade

"Great Idea for the kids to make on a hot summer's day. I felt the skin-and-all approach might be too bitter for the little ones so we just squeezed juice from 3 large lemons, added the sugar and sparkling water for a fizzy treat. They all loved, I hardly had any left for myself! Will def make again and again...."
