"Made this for tea for the 4 of us few weeks ago and went down a storm although a little tricky to grill I found. Then last night did a bbq dinner party and served these up for starters - they were a big hit and I was asked for the receipe by everyone - even the cuecumber salad got rave reviews - no one could believe how simple it was to make!"

"I made this for a bbq last night - also had a tub of vanilla in the freezer just in case - it however was not needed at my friends were all just tucking in and eating it off the serving plate without their pineapple even being ready - so a hit all round! To spice up the pineapple we sliced earlier in the day and left it soaking in rum until needed - boozy but delicous!"

"Made this last night to go along side bbq with friends. I had made it earlier in the day and covered with clingflim the smell when taking the cling film off was absolutely gorgeous - sent us all to the med! The taste too was fantastic and I for one will be using it again and again."
