"So easy to prepare and very tasty. Couldn't get a whole fillet of beef on the day so bought a few fillet steaks and seared them instead of poaching in the stock. Would work beautifully for a dinner party as the dressed salad looks amazing on the plate. Fresh crunchy salad, juicy tender beef, creamy dressing - wonderful recipe Gordon!"

"Have made this recipe many times now. I just get whatever kind of sausage that takes my fancy and mix with beef or veal mince. It has always turned out to be delicious."

"One of the easiest cakes I've made. Really yummy, chewy and gooey in the middle with a delightful crust on top. Added a small bag of crushed pecans and served warm with vanilla ice-cream. Will definitely make this again."

"Easy and delicious - really good served with some simple green beans and crispy roast potatoes. The browning of the chicken took a bit longer than I thought but otherwise just set and forget for an hour or so."
