Butternut squash & sage risotto

"Delicious! I added some garlic to it this time, but either way it's got a lot of taste. Definitely took a LOT longer than 40 minutes to cook for me though and longer than 10 mins for preparation - I'd say leave about an hour and 15 mins for the recipe altogether. "

"I just added a glug of apple cider vinegar, plus a squeeze of lemon. No sugar either. Turned out nicely! Different to the salsa you buy in the shops, less tomatoey but lovely and fresh and healthy!"

Veggie shepherd's pie with sweet potato mash

"I made this without the parmesan or parsley... Added mushrooms, spring onions and courgette though - I thought it seemed a bit boring otherwise. It was nice!!!!!!!!"
