"I made this as I had some leftover anchovies and olives and didn't know what to do with them. I added a small red onion too and it was delicious, will definitely be making it again soon!"

"Really enjoyed this and have made severally times since. I made it with Creme Freche instead of the double cream and served with mashed potato and carrots."

"We skipped on the olives, added 4 cloves of garlic, a glass of white wine and some pumpkin to this recipe. Finally we added some watered down corn flour to thicken the sauce- served with crusty bread for a more substantial meal. Will make again!"

"We made this last night and will definitely be making it again. Tweaked the recipe slightly by adding in a couple of cloves of garlic, a chilli and a green pepper to the base. we didn't have passata so just used a tin of chopped tomatoes. Next time we would add in some cannelini beans to bulk it out so we wouldn't need bread. Although it was really good with garlic bread. Looking forward to the leftovers on a jacket potato for lunch today too!"

Beef stroganoff with herby pasta

"I made this for friends last week and was really pleased with the response. I used wholegrain mustard instead of Dijon, added a glass of red wine and a splash of whiskey towards the end and it added a moreish depth. Wasn't quite enough sauce in my opinion. Swapped the pasta for rice and steamed vegetables. ."
