    Make-ahead mushroom soufflés

"Wow! Easy and stunning! Have made these twice in one week. Once as a starter for my family for Easter Sunday lunch (everyone was very impressed, even my Dad loved them and he usually swears that he can't stomach cooked cheese!) and then again last night for my friend and me - just the two of us so I had to quarter the quantities as best I could and use just 1 medium egg, which made me a bit unsure whether it would still work but I am delighted to say that they came out fine and tasted wonderful. Will be making these again and again."

"Took the tip from other comments and made this with blueberries which worked really nicely. Tony, my partner is a huge cheesecake fan and thought this was one of the best he'd ever tasted - it was the first time I'd ever made cheesecake and I was amazed at how easy this recipe was. I will definitely be making this again, but with a sharper fruit next time - maybe red or black currants."

"I've never really liked meatloaf, so when my neighbour made this recipe a few weeks ago and I had a leftover slice in a sandwich the next day I was amazed at how delicious it was - so much so that I made it for my family as part of Easter Sunday lunch, in fact I made 2 because I knew it could be popular and indeed it was! Really easy, incredibly tasty and very versatile. Will definitely make again."

"I made these as part of Easter Sunday lunch for my family. My Dad isn't a big fan of potatoes but amazingly he went back for seconds of these and Lewis, my cousin, went back for thirds and forths! Big hit with everyone. Will definitely make again."

"Very easy. Looks and tastes wonderful. My family loved this when I made it as part of Easter Sunday lunch. None of us had ever actually tried fennel before and so we didn't really know what to expect but everyone loved it and there wasn't a scrap left. We're all looking forward to having this again soon."
