"I turned this into a sandwich for lunch. I put several grape tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzled them with olive oil,and a little salt and pepper.Put them in a moderate oven until they started to burst open. Remove. I toasted two slices of my favorite bread and spread it with my pesto. I arranged the tomatoes on one slice along with a slice of my favorite cheese and topped with other slice of bread. This with a small garden salad made a great lunch."

"This recipie is great as is. Other than maybe roasting for crispness it doesn't need anything else. Extra additions make it a different recipie."
