"I used whatever was in the fridge- roasted peppers, mushrooms, courgettes, red onions etc and then blitzed everything down so that the kids would not notice any "bits". They scoffed it up!! What a result."

"This was delicious, I basically flung everything in together to sweat it off, added the paste and the water and boiled it down so it was not so watery. I also flung in some random herbs and garlic and it tasted great. However I'm not sure how it counts as being "all of your 5 a day" as per the title, surely there is only the squash and tomatoes - do the onions and coriander really count? Who cares, still tasted great and relatively cheap too."

"Well it just wasn't that great. I agree it was dry and the tastes not that appealing. The kids chewed it under protest and husband had toast instead when he got in from work. Better luck next time."

"We were made this by our friends and it was delicious, easy to just fling in the pan and leave until we were ready to eat. Had a disaster with the jasmine rice, but the normal stuff went with it just fine!"
