    "I'd have to say that Baskerville probably needs to invest in an oven thermometer. It's a common fault with ovens today that the temperature on the gauge doesn't match the temperature in the oven. This is a fairly foolproof way of cooking a chicken. Another tip is to make a butter stuffing with thyme, garlic, chopped parma ham and lemon zest. Mix it all in with the butter and put it UNDER the skin rather than over it. Beautiful!!"
