"Delicious, a great Friday night dinner and definitely good enough to serve guests (the almonds and corinader make all the difference we think). We also used slightly less water and boosted veg with courgette and mushrooms (added just after the chicken). Even tastier (and more economical) using trimmed and chopped boneless, skinless chicken thighs."

"Really good. We used Tesco Thai Green Curry paste (four dessert spoons - half a jar) and added extra red pepper, courgette and green beans. Too spicey for the children though (would probably use half the paste and add some stock instead if i was making for them). Def worth a try."

Apricot & raspberry buckle

"This is delicious and makes a lovely pud with vanilla ice cream. My only complaint is that some of the crumble topping sank into the cake - anyone any idea where I went wrong??!! "

"As simple to make as a sandwhich but the flavour combination and presentation turn it into something special. I have tried making the dressing with half half-fat creme friache and half mayonaise instead of soured cream and it tasted even better. Great with crusty bread and a glass of chilled rose."
