Cauliflower cheese & bacon quiche

"I loved this, a great alternative to the usual quiche lorraine. I added some thyme to my pastry (just because I had some to use up), and smoked bacon instead of unsmoked (ditto), and it worked really nicely. Great reheated for lunch the next day too."

"Loved these -easy peasy for a weeknight supper. Also microwaved the sweet potato, and then chucked a fresh salmon fillet in the the last three minutes. Mashed all together - had to use bought breadcrumbs as didn't have any fresh in, and worked fine, not sloppy at all. Will definitely do again!"

"I made these with turkey mince as well, and they were a bit wet so I cooked them for a bit longer than it said and they came out just lovely. The other reason I think they took longer to cook was perhaps because they were larger than they should have been - think there's a mistake in the recipe as 4cm meatballs are quite large, and the mixture definitely doesn't make 30 of them at that size. Other than that, just gorgeous, guests loved them and I will definitely make again"
