"Excellent. Easy to make as you just bung it in the oven and it doesn't mind waiting a while. Really tasty too! I made it with the vegetable balti and various accompaniments for friends. everyone loved it!"

"Excellent. Couldn't fins any lobster anywhere!! So changed the recipe a bit and cooked some rainbow trout and some king prawns but did everything else the same. The mayonnaise was great - I followed the tips above and bought mild olive oil especially!"

"Excellent. Tasty and light. I halved the recipe (with the help of digital scales!) and worked absolutely fine. I also used a few exotic mushrooms to put on the top as they looked prettier."

"fantastically tasty, my favourite has always been a red wine, butternut squash risotto but this has swayed me! frying the chorizo gives the whole dish a great smoky flavour, and it's a fairly simple and quick recipe. Thumbs up!"
