" Cut ingredients by half, and cooked this for hubby and I,WOW, I'm deffo doing this again.....lovely supper. My only alteration was I reduced the sugar, as neither of us like it too sweet, turned out perfect...cheap,and filling with some creamy garlic mash spuds. yummmmmmm."

" Made this recipe for tonight's dinner.... great success, couldn't get orzo so, used risotto rice, turned out well, Hubby pleased with a different lamb recipe..... will definitely be doing it again...and again..and again....................... "

"Oh forgot to add... instead of "faffing" around with the flour, butter, milk thing, put it all into a small pan and continue to stir, whisking at the end, the sauce turns out the same."
