    "Haven't cooked this particular recipe, here is an added tip for fab! crackling.... pour boiling water over pork skin, dry with kitchen paper, rub in little salt all over skin, and pop into very hot oven for at least 30 mins then turn down the heat to roast for how ever long you require... 1st class crackling every time.. an elderly lady told me this tip years ago and it always works for me, hope it does for you..enjoy."

    "Lovely moist cake... the ingredients quantity was enough for 2 cakes in loaf tins, didn't put sugar on top as we prefer "tea breads" not too sweet. Didn't have any dried cranberries, so put in chopped prunes and a few dates,and made the dried fruit up to 16oz. Served warm, spread with real butter..... YUMEEEEE!"

    " Made this today for lunch as the snow is falling outside. Hubby and I really enjoyed this soup, although,I must say it is an acquired taste..... made Herb bread to accompany it, and lunch was a great success. Have enough soup for a later day, so will pop it in the freezer. "

    "06/07/08 Made this last night for a starter, just hubby and I, halved the recipe, blooming lovely!! toasted ciabatta bread as a base, will definitely do this one again, very easy."
