"This looks great. I've printed off the template at 75% of the size so it's small. I have two girls, so I will let them make two houses each so we have a little gingerbread village. There's lots of family coming for Christmas so we will have a super centre piece! Looking forward to experimenting now!"

"This was such a great recipe! My family loved it. I even made little tiny ones (about an inch by half an inch in size) for my toddler (aged 2 and a half) and she's a very fussy eater. She called them little food presents and ate three out of four! Result! She doesn't normally eat fish, so that was really good. We did a different version the second time round with Spinach and Ricotta cheese and salmon. An altogether good combination with a few carrots, peas and sweetcorn and some new potatoes with butter. Nice!"

"Yum yum yum! Works quite well with Marscapone too if you're not too much of a creme fraîche fan like me, and don't want to go with the double cream. Added a bit of dill too for some extra flavour and served with a plain old salad from a bag with chunks of cucumber as the kids aren't great with watercress, and topped it with balsamic sauce. "
