"I used toulouse sausages for this and I'm glad I did because they gave it so much flavour. I think it'd be a bit bland with plain suasages. The combination of the tomatoes and sausages was really good and I'd definitely make it again."

"I'm not usually keen on a lot of onion, but I decided to go for it and was pleasantly surprised! It was very easy to make and very tasty. Served it with oven chips and broccoli."

"I wasn't sure about using such a thin base, but it works really well and tastes lovely! You definitely need to keep a close eye on it to stop the edges getting too crispy though. I used tomato puree, cherry tomatoes, half a courgette, some mozzarella and basil."

"I halved the recipe for 2 people, but still made my garlic butter with 25g clover and about 3/4 of a garlic clove as I was worried the garlic taste wouldn't be strong enough. It turned out to be just the right amount, and very tasty! I used the oven instead of the grill, and added some cherry tomatoes for the last 15 minutes which went well with it. Also served with jacket potatoes and broccoli."
