"Easy to do - left dough in the fridge for an hour and it was perfect to roll. I froze half in freezer in cling-film as suggested. They took the 12 mins plus, but our dough was a bit thicker! I used less ginger in the receipe and they still tasted lovely. My 3 yr old is very proud of his cookie cutting..."

"I served this as a main with a nice crisp mixed green salad. Very tasty sauce, but just a little on the sharp side even before the lemon juice. We all liked it so will definitely try it again!"

"Quick and easy to make - I used half-fat creme fraiche instead which still gave it a good consistency although I left out the pine nuts as I gave this to my 15 month old too!"

"I wanted something full of flavour and simple as I had freinds to dinner at the weekend. This went down a storm - lots of compliments about how tasty it was. I added extra tomato puree as I could only get tinned plum tomatoes from my local shop. The fresh basil really added that home-made flavour to the dish. Scrummy!!!"

"These were worth the effort and were enjoyed by both adults and children. They had the wow factor at the children's party I took them to and one said out loud - 'oh - you got one of the good ones!' Can't beat a compliment like that..."
