"Wow. Delicious! Unfortunately I forgot to get mascarpone and didn't realise until I'd already baked the cake. Made coffee butter icing instead. The cake was light, moist and yummy. Will have to make another one to try the mascarpone. Shame..."

"This took ages longer than stated to cook. the potatoes were still a bit undercooked. The kids hated the mustardy taste! I followed the instructions exactly so not sure what went wrong with timings. Potatoes were thinly sliced! Won't be making again."
