"These were lovely and chocolately. I was too impatient to leave the mixture to chill, so I used cold spoons to plop balls onto the tray, then dusted over some icing sugar before gently squishing down to a biscuit - it seemed to work fine!"

"Didn't look much like the picture (much more red / dark, because of the wine), but tasted fantastic - rich, delicious, smoky. Served with spring greens and crushed potatoes."

"The recipe was easy and worked really well. I was a little worried that the sauce was too sweet and vinegary when tasted on its own, but it was perfect spooned over the lamb, with a pile of colcannon on the side."
