"What a Wonderful soup this is !......I garnished mine with tiny cubes of feta cheese instead of the remaining sour cream and served with a toated wholemeal bagel............DELICIOUS !!!!"

"This recipe looked great however it failed to deliver on taste. You would seriously need to notch up the spices to achieve some depth ....just too bland for me. "

"Love this recipe !. I used a spinach & ricotta gnocchi and made my own tomato sauce with lots of garlic. Dotted with mozarrella and coated with parmesan.......gorgeous. Also, quick to make so perfect for when you come home starving as its on the table in the time it takes a pan of water to boil. Enjoy !!!!."

"I loved this ! just finished eating it for lunch with a toasted wholegrain bagel. I grilled the aubergine whole (prick all over with a fork first) to cut down on prep and used the blender to puree. Makes a welcome change to hummous."
