"This is really tasty. I used one chicken breast enough for 2 wraps and two people. I used half zest and half juice of one lime, 2 crushed garlic cloves, half a red pepper, half of an avocado 1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander and 1/4 tsp of hot chilli powder. I let it marinate for 1/2 an hour and served it with leaf salad and tomatoes. Delicious!!!"

Herby lamb cobbler

"Loved this recipe. I made it with 600g of cubed lamb from the leg and added 1 tsp of dried thyme instead of fresh. I also added a chopped leek 4 cloves of garlic and instead of baby onions I sliced a large onion. I reduced everything to 250ml or grams for that amount. For 2 people I froze half of it. The taste and flavour was fantstic. Even better eating it the next day. "

"I made this soup last night and instead of adding the cabbage & bacon at the end i cooked everything together and added 1/4 tsp of crushed chillies because I thought it might be a bit bland. I liquidised everything and the result was fantastic. Also I used a bit less water because we like soup to be thick and creamy. I will definately make this again when I have left over cabbage."

"Great recipe, I also put crushed chillies to give it that extra taste. I roasted the chicken legs first instead of frying them and when nearly coooked I took off the skin to save on the horrible fat, then put the sauce on top of the legs (after draining the fat) and cooked them as stated adding the beans 15 minutes before end of time."
