"Emma - what are you talking about? Since when was there any fat in sugar? And no, it most likely won't work - switching sugar for sweetner in baking is possible but complicated and always comes at the cost of volume and texture to some extent. The recipe isn't fat free though as it includes egg yolks. And adding cream will really defeat the object altogether."
