"I used 180g sugar and zest of 2 oranges(because I thought 200g was a lot what with adding the syrup, and I like orange flavour cakes) and it tasted delicious. Very easy , liked by all and will bake again."

"Is 1 tablespoon baking powder the correct amount or should it be 1 teaspoon? just seems like a huge amount! "
