"I made this last weekend for my sister and it was really scrumptious, not to mention how pretty it looked on a white plate! I'm making it again tomorrow for another visitor - this is going to be a firm favourite, I think, and sooo easy to make!"

"This was very easy to make although I did have to add a lot of flour when kneading it because it was quite wet, despite having squeezed out as much liquid as I could. I would add more garlic and salt next time to give more flavour, but otherwise love it!!"

"Made this for the first time to take into school to liven up our teacher training day and it certainly hit the spot, everyone loved it! Easy to make and nice and zingy if you use two lemons. Will be making this again before too long I think!!"
