"Yes, it does seem a rather short cooking time to me even for lamb. I re-read the recipe thinking that perhaps I had misread it but no. Can we have a little more info please because I particularly enjoy lamb."

"I followed the recipe using white wine and a pinch of flaked chilli and a pack of fresh seafood from Tesco. The result was quite good but if I cook this dish again I'll cook pasta shapes separately; then I think it will be even better."

Chunky sausage & tomato pasta

"I made this dish yesterday and used smoked Italian sausage as that was all I had in the fridge. I used red wine and made just enough for two. This made a great mid-week meal and its very versatile. The sauce was quite rich but not enough to spoil the balance. I'll use this recipe again soon but I'll stick to the published recipe just to taste the difference."
