"This has become a mid week favorite in our house. So light and healthy too. I have tried the recipe using one lime but will stick to two limes because I like the extra juice to coat the noodles with even more sauce."

"I was disappointed with this cake ... however had I been expecting chocolate brown bread then it would have been fine. That is exactly how my cake turned out so all I needed was some chocolate soup to dip it in ;-)"

"Maybe it was me but this dish was not all I'd hoped for. The chicken did not absorb the honey-lemon flavor as the coating ended up at the base of the tin. Also, when I was serving, some of the potato chunks fell into the bottom of the roasting tin which left them soaked in buttery chicken grease. "
