Self-saucing Jaffa pudding

"Amazing pud. Everyone loved it, definitely making it again. Take it out of the oven as soon as it's done otherwise the sauce goes a bit thick and not as gooey. I've frozen the last portion for a treat in the next couple of weeks :-)"

Yummy scrummy carrot cake

"I made this again using only half the ingredients and I only used 50ml of oil. I took out the raisins and put in about a tablespoon of chopped pecans also. Cooked it for about 25-30 mins. I made the topping by mixing 100g of soft cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and a tiny splash of water. Yum!"
