"this came in time as we had an unexpected guests. I gathered all the extra chicken parts (normally, tighs and wings go first). Followed instructions of preparing, I used red wine instead and some water, and added dumpling, 15 mins before turning off the stove. It was delicious, but because dumplings have the tendency to expand in the process, it was only good for 5 people. But bread was good enough."

Creamy spinach soup

"I made a little deviation from the original and I think it taste as good.....if not better ;-) Followed the same procedure but instead of cream I had a teaspoonful of lite cremé fraiche at the buttom of the bowl before a pouring in the soup. and to finish it off I had 2-3 sour-cream potetochips to decorate. Hmmmm delicious. I guess this is not for the weight watchers, but for special occasions, I think this is great. "

"I've always imagined that pavlova is sooooo difficult to make. But this one is excellent. It's simple and fantastic. The tartnes of the rhubarb (I used canned) in contrast to the sweetness was a good balance. "

"this is delicious. my kids loved it, guess its because of the crunch. I topped the spinach with pinenuts. btw, i had this as starter, served in small muffin size bites and my guests loved it too."

"this is good! I normally don't like mushrooms in red wine because it leaves a particular taste in my mouth. But I guess the thyme makes the difference. It's all tooooo easy, I think it's going to be a sunday favorite."
