"Tried this one last time and it worked beautifully. it is crucial to put the dough in the fridge. I wouldn't however bother to make it again as it is no better than the other shortbread recipe which takes half the time to make."

"A fabulous mid week recipe. So quick and easy to make it is ready in minutes. Boursin impossible to get here in Brisbane as are so many ingredients so used a variation on the theme but still well worth the 10mins it took to make!! Definitely one to add to the ever increasing last minute meals thanks to BBC Good Food"

"Enjoyed this however the popcorn goes soft fairly quickly and not so good. I also had a problem with the white chocolate and couldnt get it to melt had this problem once before and think that there are different 'types' of white chocolate. I'd make it again if there was a crowd of people to eat it before it went soft."
