"Really delicious, and so easy and pretty quick to make. Definitely will become a mid-week staple I think. I didn't have spicy sausages, so I just fried them in some mild chilli pepper which did the trick! "

"Can't really fault this recipe! My friend and I spent the whole of Saturday afternoon baking gingerbread, lots of different shapes and sizes. We made 2 houses each plus many men, angels, hearts, trees, even a devil gingerbread man! Sadly my cottage collapsed and neither house looked quite as good as the picture but was definitely a fun afternoon - allow yourself a lot of time to make it all and put it together though!"

"I had such high hopes for this soup after reading all the comments so was quite disappointed by the end result. Too runny for my personal preference, and it was quite bland, especially when compared to what ingredients went in to it. I'm really not sure why mine was so bland as I did everything the recipe says.. ho hum. Would suggest adding more spices and less stock, but I won't be making this again..."

"Fantastic recipe. I scaled down the recipe for 2 people and didn't have quite enough courgette so added in a carrot as well. Stunning flavours and so easy to make!"
