"I also added a small red onion to this curry - it was nice but wouldn't rush to make it again, I felt it was a bit bland. Maybe more curry paste as some other people have mentioned"

"mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm this was sooo lovely, I managed to get myself 3 slices which surprised me as my family loved it too. It was so easy to make and even nicer when eaten the next day"

"I made this for a second time last night and once again it was a success. Both times Ive used courgettes instead of an aubergine - I also added a red pepper and a red birds eye chilli last night. Find it's great to eat alone so I just double the portion rather than adding a salad! "

"They taste nice although mine are not what would be described as cookies. They didn't spread when cooking, so instead remained a small round brownie like thing, and also taste more like a brownie than a cookie! A bit disappointing all in all ... "
