"Gorgeous! I par-boiled them first so they were really quite soft and crumbly, which resulted in yummy crunchy tatties which took just 10 mins to cook in oven! Served with homemade salmon fishcakes and sweetcorn....delish!"

"Really delicious - didn't have enough pears though, so taste didn't completely come through, but still a gorgeous meal that I'll make again! Served with loads of runnerbeans and sweetcorn from my mum's garden!"

Pear & toffee muffins

"Lovely and moist! Used chocolate covered toffee Poppets which worked well...sort of. Ok while the cakes were still warm as the toffee was gooey, but as soon as cooled down the toffees turn into bullets!! Would try rolos next time as recommended."
