"Delicious cake but took about 1 hour to cook in the end. In answer to "Kelvin's" question about using golden caster, it was the only thing I had in the house so I used it in the cake and in the topping and it was perfect! In fact, I think it gave the topping a crispier one than if I'd used normal caster...yum!"

"I've never made soup before and am now a complete convert! Absolutely divine - the cumin and chilli are amazing in it. Even my 3 year old ate it - although he stirred a lot more natural yogurt into it as he found it a bit "spicy"!"

"Amazing!! Def one for dinner parties as it only takes 30 mins from start to finish - guests would think you'd been slaving for hours! Beautiful dish, highly recommended!"
