"I cooked this inside. It was ok but didn't taste as minty all the way through the steak as i would have liked. Very easy to do tho and i would consider doing it on the BBQ."

"This was very nice. We had it with Roast Potatos and veg. We used some garlic butter and olive oil to cook the potatos giving the potatos a slight hint of Garlic. "

"I made this for my partner but used sirloin steak instead. He said it worked well and could taste the garlic without it being overpowering. Quick and easy to make. "
