"I made this for dinner last night after finding the recepie during a quiet 5 mins at work yesterday afternoon! It was delicious and so easy to do! I cut the chicken into 3 and added an extra tablespoon of pesto and creme fraiche and some chilli flakes. Had it with salad and olive oil baked potatoes by Gary Rhodes, again found on this site. Me and my husband did manage it all between us so not sure if thats because we are pigs and like big portions or if serving 4 is a bit ambious! Thinking of making just the sauce tonight to have some with pasts for lunch tomorrow."

"I made this the other day. Made 1 big pie rather than 4 pies which was fine apart from a felt it could have done with more mash. Loved the flavour of the mash. After reading other comments on here re the flavour of the mince I added a carton of chopped toms with chili at the same time as adding the onions etc and that seemed to work well. Did have to simmer for longer than 20 minutes though as found the mixture a bit to liquid but apart from that easy to make and tasted delicious. Will def be making again."

"Made this last night and iced it this morning for people at work. Seems to be going down well! Added an extra tablespoon of orange juice to the icing sugar to get a better consistency but found that was to much just to drizzle so covered the whole cake in it!"
