"Lovely! Made for a dinner party for 4 and was a massive hit! Did step 1 through the day and left the batter in the mixer. did step 2 just as the guests arrived so was ready just as we finished our main course! Will definately be making again. Plenty of left overs and just as nice the next day!! "
