"I tried this and found the same problem with the raw spices. I prefer to use fresh greek yogurt or plain yogurt, a few chopped mint leaves, a grated cucumber and a pinch of salt... And yes it is a raita, but not everyone knows it by that name. Be nice!!!!"

"Sorry Amber, I should have mentioned the tin size, I use a baking tin which is approx 12 inches by 8 inches, so it makes one large cake. So I am sure if you use 2 tins it will be ok! Yes I do use plain flour, but in South Africa we also use cake flour for the recipe. Im glad you liked the cake, whenever I make it I get asked for the recipe..."
