Tested

"Fantastic and easy!!! I added some small halved potatoes to the veg, and used a few small shallots instead of onion. Put a bit of butter and rosemary on the veg, and rosemary inside the chicken as well. It turned out amazing, and the gravy was also excellent. Will add garlic suggested by Lynsay K next time. Maybe you could link to the how-to on carving a roast chicken? I'm useless but learning."

"Sirlewy - looks like they've forgotten to add the milk to the ingredients list. I think it should be 400 ml coconut milk PLUS 250 ml 'normal' milk (see under 'Making it lowfat). Should give you more sauce."

"Don't knock it until you've tried it :-). Thought it was really nice - used a bit more salsa and added some shredded cheddar on top. Great way of using up cooked chicken. Microwaving the tortilla just made it dry for me though..."

"Very nice! I substituted the spring onions and garlic for tender garlic as it was what I had at home, and used balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp) rather than red wine vinegar. I also added some chicken cubes that I had tossed in oil and curry and fried. I'll probably add some cherry tomatoes next time for some extra flavour."

"Made this using green lentils, dusting the cheese with chili powder before frying it, and followed the advice to leave the onion and garlic in the lemon juice for a bit longer. Turned out yummy. BF and I are probably little pigs though, for this was just enough for the two of us..."
