"Have made this several times now. Don't use buttermilk, and use chocolate chips instead of raisins, and whatever nuts I have available. This is definitely one of the best cakes I have ever made! I usually cut it into 4 and freeze. Still as yummy once defrosted. Fantabulous!!!!!"

"Added courgettes, onion, mushrooms and mozarella.... scrummy. And even more so the next day. I baked the veg with frylight instead of frying - to keep the calories ... definintely making again."

"I also made this with frylight, and just chopped the veg... life is too short to grate!!! Lovely soup, had it with toasted pitta and even my fussy daughter loved it!"
