"I used to turn this into a sticky cracked up gooey mess when trying to cut it! Then I found if I turned it uside down on a chopping board (so the crumb base is uppermost), it cuts into bars quitely neatly, and the chocolate topping doesnt crack. "

"I couldnt stop the blueberries sinking to the bottom either, so I tried altering the recipe around a bit. I put three quarters of the mixture in, instead of a quarter, then mixed the blueberries into the last quarter of the mix. It seemed to work as all the fruit seemed to "fall" at a different rate whilst cooking, and it turned out quite well"

"Only recently discovered this recipe and Ive made it so many times since. Cant get enough of it. Ive also added mushrooms and tiny pasta shells which bulks it out a bit. Also added mince to the tomato sauce for the meat eaters. Usually split the ingredients and make one with and one without meat. I like the sound of adding mixed beans as someone suggested and will be trying that today."
