"I substituted a small aubergine for one of the courgettes (essential in a tagine in my book!) plus added some extra tomato paste & a bit of harissa paste - fab! It's become a real mid-week staple for us!"

"I agree with Inga in Iceland - I live in France and cannot get Thai 7-spice. Could someone let us know what spices are in the Thai 7-spice mix and perhaps we could make our own? Thanks!"
