    "Great easy recipe! Very filling, use whatever veggies you have in your fridge, you can also add meat or prawns too. Tasty for lunch cold the next day."

    "Used trout fillets instead of salmon, as they aren't as chunky the olives and basil were laid across the top whilst cooking. Delicious, with the dressing - would definately make it again!"

    "Excellent!! Really easy way to get your veggie portions, v low in fat, just use whatever veg you have in. I added chilli, there was absolutly loads of it though - even after halving the quantities!"
