"Delicious! I made this for the first time last night and I added some sauteed mushrooms, only because they were in the fridge and I didnt have spinach. The salad is very tasty and would definitely make it again, I didnt use as much oil as it said either and will remember next time not to mix the tuna with the salad but just place on top as I got the pulpy tuna pesto mess that another taster did. "I made this in the oven instead of pan frying. The first time with fresh boneless & skinless cod loins and it took about 30 mins as I literally put the fish, dotted with butter and lemon juice, covered with the breadcrumb mix and whacked it in the oven! I didnt cover with foil though so the breadcrumbs were a bit too crispy. The second time I made it using frozen cod loin fillets, I let the fish cook in the oven for about 10-15 under foil dotted with butter and lemon juice, then took the foil off and covered the fish with the breadcrumb mix and cooked for about another 10-15 minutes until the breadcrumbs had started to brown and it was delicious - also meant that I could get on and cook the veg to go with it."

"Also forgot to say that I used 300 g of chocolate and 300 ml of cream & no vanilla essence - all the comments made indicated it needed more to make a good topping! I used just Tesco Value Digestives for the base and it was great."

"This is sublime! I didnt use dark and milk choc just Tesco Finest Continental Cooking Choc and it turned out very well. As I was making it for a dinner party, I didnt put creme fraiche on the top but served it with Tescos (I'm not getting paid by Tesco honest, its all I have nearby!) Chantilly Cream, which is sweetened with sugar and vanilla, and a few berries on the side, then dusted with icing sugar. It went down well with my guests and I would definitely make it again."

"I'm pleased to read that I wasnt the only one who found that the tuna balls tended to fall apart a bit! It is a tasty recipe and I added some chopped red onion, some chilli, garlic and the first time a bit of grated mozarella too. The first time I ended up with a tuna mess, but it was tasty with the sauce and pasta. The second time I rolled the balls in flour before cooking which seemed to help but some still fell apart. It doesnt seem to matter which pasta you use but if anyone has any great ideas for making the balls stick together so you can cook them I would be interested as I really would like to cook this again."
