"Super quick and very yummy. Definitely needs either salsa or soured cream with it, otherwise it is very dry. It goes great with an avocado salad which has a lovely cooling effect to counteract the spices in the falafel. I roasted these in the oven because I'm not too keen on frying and it worked out great!"
