"Did things a bit differently to the recipe above .. 5 shallots (didn't have a red onion).. 1 large grated carrot ... 2 eggs into the mix as well .. Ended up with 6 decent sized burgers ... might add a bit of curry powder or chilli the next time to add a little kick :) VERY tasty :)"

"Tasty :) First taste of this was meh its ok ... then I sat down to a bowl of it and my god it was good. Also way too simple to make. This heralds an end hopefully to me buying fresh soup / tinned soup anymore :) Its also extremely cheap to make and damn filling :)"
