"I made this the first time with ground almonds and it was fantastic! The second time I used chopped hazelnuts and it wsnt as good, so I'll be sticking with the almonds. It tastes great while still warm, especially with hot chocolate sauce and double cream!"

"I made the muffin topping for our normal family beef stew and it was great! It was so much better than suet dumplings + lighter and healthier too. It soaked up some of the gravy yet the top was crispy and the middle was moist and fluffy. I shall definitely be making it again, maybe with herbs or spring onions in it for a change. The addition of sage to the muffin mix, on a chicken casserole would be yummy!"

"This is so easy to make and tastes so nice - great with cheese. I didnt have mustard seeds so used mustard powder instead and the apples were windfall from a friends tree - not cooking apples."

"This was lovely with cous cous. I had to substitute the fresh mint with dried because the supermarket had run out, but it was still very tasty. I will definately be making this again."
