"I made this with my daughter ( a university student) as it is her favourite meal. We made it in a wok not a microwave and it was absolutely fantastic. She can't wait to get back to her student house to make it for her housemates. Much nicer than takeaway and so, so, so simple. Mix it all together and throw it in a wok!"
