"Very tasty, easy recipe. Will make again. Wasn't sure what pears to use but my mind was made up for me as the only ripe pears at my supermarket were Conference. These worked well. Lightly fried the ingredients in a frying pan and then added to a tray of partly roasted new potatoes to finish off. Served on a bed of rocket, watercress and spinach leaves drizzled with honey and mustard dressing. Recipe for dressing was taken from BBC Good Food Warm Stilton Salad. All worked well together."
